JOB DESCRIPTION

The BC Lions community relations department is looking for a full-time intern from the beginning of January to the end of April. Responsibilities will include executing the BC Lions school programs, booking and tracking appearances for BC Lions players and Leo the Lion, assisting in donation fulfillment, and helping to prepare for the 2012 Orange Helmet Awards Dinner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Some post-secondary education (preference given to those currently enrolled in a university program)
• Organized and responsible individual
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Ability to speak in front of large groups
• Ability to work with athletes, executives and school administrators in a professional manner
• Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle
