Y57 Media’s 4th Annual Battle of the Bands Competition was held at the Rio Theatre on August 30, 2012. After five amazing performances that night, Terra Nova Bay emerged as the winner! The group walked away with the grand prize including:

A full day of studio time with Fader Master Sound Studios (valued at $728)
A performance at the Richmond Night Market on September 2nd, 2012
One Y57 show devoted to the band that includes a live on-air interview with members and live performance segments dispersed throughout 57 minutes of broadcast time on Vancouver’s Co-op Radio 102.7fm
A feature article and photoshoot from themodline.com that includes a photograph spread, interview resulting in a 150-200 word article
Hair and make up services for the modline photo shoot from the London School of Hair
$200 gift certificate to Subeez
5 singing lessons from local vocal teacher George Cotton (valued at $500.00)
