The City of Vancouver is preparing for the 2011 – 2012 winter season, and are looking for some help. You can lend a hand by keeping sidewalks clear of ice and snow.
The City of Vancouver requires all property owners and occupants (tenants) to clear ice and snow from the sidewalks adjacent to their property no later than 10 am after a snowfall (7 days a week). For some seniors and persons with disabilities moving snow can be difficult and even dangerous. Not clearing sidewalks can make streets unsafe and difficult for those with mobility issues.

As the Advertising Coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for coordinating all advertising campaigns: including print, cinema, radio, online, outdoor, transit, search engine advertising, and online lead generation (CPC and CPL) campaigns.
A key part of this role is delivering results in search engine marketing. As such, this role demands a thorough knowledge, strategic understanding and previous hands-on experience in developing, implementing and executing search engine advertising campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
• Strategically develop and implement new search engine advertising campaigns – including campaigns in targeted international markets.
• Maintain and monitor daily existing campaigns for Google Adwords and Bing for budget management and performance.
• Day-to-day execution of tactics to improve click through rates, click quality and lead quality.
• Manage keyword research and discovery.
• Grow and optimize keywords portfolio through testing with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywording, etc.
